During her nearly three decades working for Boston Public Schools, Suzanne Matthews has been a classroom teacher, a school librarian, a writing coach, and is currently an ESL teacher. Suzanne’s connection with Wondermore goes back to its days as the Foundation for Children’s Books when she first began working as a school librarian. As an elementary student, Suzanne was a voracious reader and remembers many favorites including Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery, Half Magic by Edward Eager, and The Wolves of Willoughby Chase by Joan Aiken.
